Theko Boshomane is a visual artist, painter and storyteller from Limpopo, South Africa. Through the collaboration on Out Of The Blue, he got to explore ways to use his art for environmental purposes. It felt like there was a reason why he had chosen to paint seals. His inner drive is to educate and raise awareness about the environment.

Drawing from his deep fascination with nature, Boshomane explores the ocean’s vastness, its energy, and the delicate balance of marine life—particularly seals. Through his art, he reflects on the shifting state of the ocean, capturing both its beauty and its vulnerability.
